The purpose of these regulations is to provide the method of supervision of behavior technicians by licensed behavior analysts or licensed assistant behavior analysts; to provide for the denial, suspension and revocation of such registration; to provide for the denial, suspension and revocation of licenses of behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts employing or supervising behavior technicians; and for related purposes.
