Rule 1-15-3.11 - Termination of Registration

- Raiser/ Fund-Raising Counsel.

A Professional Fund-Raiser/Fund-Raising Counsel may terminate registration by submitting a letter requesting termination to the Division within thirty (30) days of ceasing activities in the state.
