Part 4714.0715 - BUILDING SEWER MATERIALS UPC section 715.3 is amended to read as follows:
715.3 Existing Sewers. Replacement of existing building sewer and building storm sewers using cured-in-place pipe lining trenchless methodology and materials shall be installed in accordance with ASTM F 1216. Replacement using cured-in-place pipe liners shall not be used on collapsed piping or when the existing piping is compromised to a point where the installation of the liners will not eliminate hazardous or insanitary conditions.Minn.
