Part 9560.0542 - CONSIDERATION OF THE CHILD'S HERITAGE For an Indian child, the Indian Child Welfare Act controls the placement. In all other cases, the agency must follow the requirements in Minnesota Statutes, section 260C.221.
The agency may consider a foster care provider's ability to:
