Part 9555.9300 - LOCAL SOCIAL SERVICES AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES
The local agency shall:
A. contact each minor mother who is reported by a hospital as having given birth to a child and offer appropriate social services to her; andB. offer appropriate social services to women who meet one or more of the criteria of part 9555.9200.
