Part 9055.0430 - SUBSISTENCE - OVERPAYMENT STATUSA. An individual receiving subsistence assistance benefits in an amount greater than what is authorized for a benefit period is in overpayment status.B. If the overpayment is a result of a preceding benefit period, the commissioner must correct the overpayment by withholding or reducing the benefits of future benefit periods under the current application.C. A recipient in overpayment status is barred from receiving future benefits from any state soldiers' assistance program activity until the overpayment is corrected.D.
