Part 8420.0315 - NO-LOSS APPLICATIONSA. A landowner may apply to the local government unit for a no-loss decision. A landowner who does not request a decision from the local government unit and proceeds with the activity may be subject to the enforcement provisions under part 8420.0915 and Minnesota Statutes, section 103G.2372.B. The landowner applying for a no-loss is responsible for submitting the proof necessary to show qualification for the claim. This part also applies to applications requesting a decision on whether an activity or wetland falls within the scope of this chapter.Statutory Authority: MS s 103G.2242
