Part 7515.1300 - PERMIT REQUIRED FOR PHARMACISTS

Subp. 3.Confiscation.

Ethyl alcohol in the possession of any pharmacists who do not have the required permit issued by the commissioner, pursuant to part 7515.0220, item D, shall be subject to confiscation.
