Subpart 1.International Fire Code.

For purposes of this chapter, "IFC" means the 2012 edition of the International Fire Code as promulgated by the International Code Council, Inc., Washington, D.C. The IFC is incorporated by reference and made a part of Minnesota Rules pursuant to statutory authority, subject to the alterations and amendments in this chapter. Portions of this chapter reproduce text and tables from the IFC. The IFC is not subject to frequent change and is available at the office of the commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industry and at the State Law Library, 25 Rev.
