Part 7503.2900 - SALE OF VEHICLE SUBJECT TO IMPOUND ORDERA. For purposes of implementing Minnesota Statutes, section 171.60, any motor vehicle sold while its registration plates are subject to an impoundment order or during the time the vehicle's registration plates bear a special series number, must be sold for no less than valid consideration.B.
