Part 7200.0600 - REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSURE To be eligible for licensure, an applicant must:
A. meet the requirements for admission to the examinations specified in part 7200.0550, subpart 3;B. file with the board an application for licensure, which includes an affirmation that the statements made in the application are true and correct to the best knowledge and belief of the applicant, and includes the current nonrefundable licensure application fee;C. have completed the supervised employment requirements in part 7200.2000, which is independently verified by the board;D. have performed satisfactorily on the examinations listed in part 7200.0550; andE. provide names for endorsement from at least two individuals meeting the qualifications in part 7200.0900 who can attest that the applicant has met the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, section 148.907, subdivision 2, clause (5).14 SR 74; 17 SR 2285; 37 SR 1085Statutory Authority: MS s 148.90; 148.905; 148.98; 214.06
