Part 9220.0280 - ADDITIONAL APPLICATION INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR WASTE TIRE TRANSFER FACILITIES The application for a waste tire transfer facility must include the following information in addition to the information required by part 9220.0270:
A. a description of the types of vehicles that the facility will service;B. information on how the accumulation of waste tires at the transfer facility will be controlled so that no more than 10,000 passenger tires or the equivalent weight of other waste tires will be present at the transfer facility at any time; andC. information on the type, size, and capacity of storage that will be present at the facility, designating drop boxes, containers, trailers, or stockpiles.Statutory Authority: MS s 115A.914
