Part 7150.0430 - PREVIOUSLY CLOSED UST SYSTEMS

When directed by the commissioner, owners and operators of a UST system permanently closed before December 22, 1988, must assess the excavation zone according to part 7150.04207150.0345, subpart 3, and close the UST system according to part 7150.0410 if releases from the underground storage tank may, in the judgment of the commissioner, pose a current or potential threat to human health and the environment.
