Part 6400.6950 - APPLICABILITY

Subpart 1.Assisted living directors.

Parts 6400.7000 to 6400.7095 apply to assisted living directors.

Subp. 2.Health services executives.

Health services executives licensed under this chapter must meet the responsibilities in part 6400.7050 and are subject to the standards of practice in part 6400.7095.
