Part 6262.3250 - LABELING AND PACKING OF FISH UNDER A FISH PACKER LICENSE Fish packed by a licensed fish packer must be packed and labeled in accordance with the following provisions:
A. A fish may not be reduced to more than two fillets.B. A licensed fish packer may pack dressed fish with statewide length limits.C. Each package of fish must be individually labeled by the licensed fish packer.
