Part 1311.0401 - [Repealed]Section 401.1 Scope. IEBC section 401.1 is amended to read as follows: 401.1 Scope. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the alteration, repair, addition, and change of occupancy or relocation of existing buildings and structures, including historic buildings and structures as referenced in IEBC section 301.1.1. Exception: Existing bleachers, grandstands, and folding and telescoping seating shall comply with Minnesota Statutes, section 326B.112.
