For the purposes of parts 4900.2900 to 4900.2907, the following terms have the meanings given.
"Agency" means the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency.
"Receiver" means a person appointed by the court under Minnesota Statutes, section 504B.445, to receive and preserve the property referred to in part 4900.2902, subpart 3, according to the powers contained in Minnesota Statutes, section 504B.445.
