The terms used in parts 4900.1925 to 4900.1930 have the meanings given them in this part.
"Agency" means the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency created by Minnesota Statutes, sections 462A.01 to 462A.24.
"Application" means a submittal requesting a loan from the capacity building revolving loan program.
"Applicant" means one or more entities that submit an application to the agency for a loan under the capacity building revolving loan program.
"Capacity building loan" or "loan" means a disbursement of funds to an eligible applicant under the capacity building revolving loan program.
"Program" means the capacity building revolving loan program as authorized by Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.21, subdivision 3a.
"Project" means the housing to be developed by the applicant as described in the program application.
