Part 4770.2400 - MEDICAL CANNABIS LABORATORY APPROVAL; VARIANCES The commissioner may grant a variance from parts 4770.1900 to 4770.2200. To request a variance, a laboratory must indicate in writing:
A. the rule part and language for which the variance is sought;B. reasons for the request;C. alternate measures that the laboratory will take if the commissioner grants its request for variance;D. the proposed length of time of the variance; andE. data that the laboratory will provide to ensure analytical results of equal or better reliability, if applicable.Minn.
