Part 4731.0765 - SPECIFIC LICENSE; APPROVAL The commissioner shall approve an application for a specific license if:
A. the application is for a purpose authorized under this chapter;B. the applicant is qualified by reason of training and experience according to this chapter to use the source material for the purpose requested in such manner as to protect health and minimize danger to life and property;C. the applicant's proposed equipment, facilities, and procedures are in accordance with this chapter and are adequate to protect health and minimize danger to life and property; andD. the applicant satisfies any applicable special requirements under part 4731.0770.Minn.
