Subpart 1.Material and premises inspection.A licensee must afford to the commissioner at all reasonable times opportunity to inspect radioactive material and the premises and facilities wherein radioactive material is used or stored.
Subp. 2.Record inspection.A licensee must make available to the commissioner for inspection, upon reasonable notice, records kept by the licensee as required under this chapter.
Subp. 3.Testing.A. A licensee must perform, or permit the commissioner to perform, such tests as the commissioner deems appropriate or necessary for the administration of this chapter, including tests of: (1) radioactive material;(2) facilities wherein radioactive material is utilized or stored;(3) radiation detection and monitoring instruments; and(4) other equipment and devices used in connection with the utilization or storage of radioactive material.Minn.
