A. those problems and opportunities disclosed at public meetings and in written comment;B. the data elements identified by the department in parts 4720.5310, subpart 2, and 4720.5340, subpart 2; andC. the status and adequacy of official controls, plans, and other local, state, and federal programs on water use and land use.Minn.
