Part 4665.4000 - REPORTING ILLNESS

Any occurrence of sickness or communicable disease, listed in part 4665.9900, incurred by staff or residents shall be promptly reported to the agent of a board of health as authorized under Minnesota Statutes, section 145A.04 and the department.
