Part 4626.1035 - ALTERNATIVE WATER SUPPLY. 5-104.12

Water meeting the requirements of parts 4626.0980 to 4626.1020 must be made available for a food cart, mobile food unit, seasonal temporary food stand, or special event food stand without a permanent water supply, and for a food establishment with a temporary interruption of its water supply through:

A. containers of commercially bottled drinking water that comply with Code of Federal Regulations, title 21, part 129, and parts 1550.3200 to 1550.3320;_P2

B. one or more closed portable water containers that comply with parts 44720.4300 to 4720.4400 and applicable state laws;_P2

C. an enclosed vehicular water tank that complies with parts 4720.4300 to 4720.4400;_P2 or

D. piping, tubing, or hoses connected to an adjacent source that complies with parts 4626.1140 and 4626.1160 and chapters 4720 and 4725;_P2 or

E. a water vending machine as defined in part 1550.3200, subpart 32._P2
