Except as specified in item B, perimeter walls and roofs of a food establishment must effectively protect the establishment from the weather and the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.B. A food cart, special event food stand, temporary food establishment, retail vehicle, portable structure, or cart must provide protection during adverse weather by its construction or location.
