Part 7853.0330 - DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED FACILITY Each application for a large LPG storage facility must include the following information:
A. the purpose and planned use of the proposed storage facility, including its relationship to the facility that requires it;B. a description of the proposed storage facility, including:(1) its design capacity in gallons;(2) the types of petroleum products to be stored;(4) preliminary engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications; and(5) the estimated cost of the proposed storage facility and its expected economic life;C. the complete name and address of the engineer, if known, or (if designed by an outside agent) the firm, which designed the proposed storage facility;D. the complete name and address, if known, of the contractor or firm that would construct the storage facility; andE. the approximate planned date for starting construction and the approximate planned in-service date.Minn.
