A cost for an emergency response task performed after January 31, 2003, that exceeds the amount specified for it in the Minnesota Department of Administration's "Hazardous Spill and Substance Release - Full Service Emergency Response" contract when the task was performed is prima facie unreasonable. The Minnesota Department of Administration's "Hazardous Spill and Substance Release - Full Service Emergency Response" contract (publ. Minnesota Department of Administration Materials Management Division, 2003) is incorporated by reference in this part and is updated biennially.
