On any property where vehicle, materials, or merchandise are received or distributed, an adequate loading and unloading area must be provided.
A. Each off-street loading space must not be located in any yard adjoining any residential use.B. Off-street loading areas with more than two spaces must be screened from the public right-of-way with landscape material, an obscuring fence, walls, or a combination of these.C. Each loading space shall be at least ten feet by 50 feet, with a clearance of at least 14 feet in height.D. Space must be provided within the off-street loading area so that any maneuvering back into or out of a loading space can be conducted outside of any public right-of-way.E. Loading dock approaches must be provided with a pavement having a permanent, durable, and dustless surface.
