For sites where more than one-quarter of an acre is affected by development, with the exception of state of Minnesota buildings and facilities, the standards of the city of St. Paul Public Works Department for storm water runoff for the site apply. Storm water management plans and calculations are required as part of building permit submittals.B. All projects that occupy or disturb an area larger than one acre in size, with the exception of state of Minnesota buildings and facilities, are subject to the storm water management, erosion, sedimentation control, and other standards of the Capitol Region Watershed District.Statutory Authority: MS s 15B.06
