Part 2400.2610 - EXTERIOR LIGHTINGA. All outdoor lighting in all use districts, including off-street parking facilities, must be shielded to reduce glare and must be so arranged as to reflect lights away from all adjacent residential districts or adjacent residences in such a way as not to exceed three footcandles measured at the residence district boundary.B. All lighting used for the external illumination of buildings must be placed and shielded so as not to interfere with the vision of persons on adjacent highways or adjacent property.C. Illumination of signs must be directed or shaded downward so as not to interfere with the vision of persons on adjacent highways or adjacent property.D. Illumination of signs and any other outdoor feature must not be of a flashing, moving, or intermittent type. Illumination must be maintained stationary and constant in intensity and color at all times when in use.Statutory Authority: MS s 15B.06
