Requests for subpoenas shall be made according to the procedures of part 1400.7000.
Witnesses who are subpoenaed are entitled to the same fees that are paid in district courts of Minnesota. The fees are to be paid by the party requesting the subpoena.
A subpoena shall be served in the manner provided by the Rules of Civil Procedure for the district courts of Minnesota unless otherwise provided by law.
