The definitions in this part apply to parts 1400.2000 to 1400.2570.
"Agency" has the meaning given in Minnesota Statutes, section 14.02, subdivision 2.
"Chief administrative law judge" or "chief judge" means the chief administrative law judge of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
"Judge" means the administrative law judge assigned by the chief administrative law judge to conduct a rule hearing or review a rule.
"Multimember agency" means an agency described in Minnesota Statutes, section 15.0597, subdivision 1, paragraph (a), clause (1), and the Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board.
"Office" means the Office of Administrative Hearings.
"Revisor" means the Revisor of Statutes.
"Rule" has the meaning given in Minnesota Statutes, section 14.02, subdivision 4.
"Substantially different" has the meaning given in Minnesota Statutes, section 14.05, subdivision 2, paragraph (b).
