Part 1105.5900 - NOTICES OF HEARING OR CONFERENCEA. A notice of hearing issued by the board or a notice of conference by the board's complaint committee pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 326A.08, must include: (1) a statement of matters asserted or charged; and(2) references to any particular sections of the act or of the rules which are asserted to have been involved in unlawful conduct.B. When the notice of conference is served pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 326A.08, it must be accompanied by a copy of Minnesota Statutes, section 326A.08.C. The investigation, hearing, or conference may result in the discovery of additional violations.
