Section R. 390.1451 - Repayment terms

Rule 51.

(1) Loan repayment terms shall be established as required by the act and by the secretary in the provisions of 34 C.F.R. SS682.209 to 682.211. These provisions are adopted by reference in R 390.1491.

(2) The loan may be paid in full or in part at any time without penalty to the borrower.
