Section R. 432.11013 - Surveillance equipment; maintenance and malfunctions

Rule 1013.

(1) The board and the Michigan state police personnel assigned to assist the board shall be informed if surveillance equipment is expected to be out of service for more than 30 minutes due to maintenance or malfunction.

(2) Unless otherwise directed by the board, a casino licensee shall replace equipment expected to be out of service for more than 30 minutes with alternate camera coverage or, at the discretion of the board, shall cover the equipment with live surveillance.
