Section R. 432.11006 - Required surveillance

Rule 1006.

(1) The surveillance system shall be capable of surveilling activities on the casino floor and related areas, including the patron parking areas and the patron passages leading to and from the casino, as required in these rules.

(2) The board may require additional areas be monitored to ensure compliance with the act and these rules and to ensure the safety of patrons and the integrity of gambling.
