Section R. 432.773 - Distribution of the responsible gaming databaseRule 773.
(1) The executive director shall provide the sports betting operator and internet sports betting platform provider with information the executive director considers necessary to carry out the purposes of the act and these rules.(2) Sports betting operators and internet sports betting platform providers may only use the information as provided for in the internal controls and as is consistent with the act and these rules.(3) Use of information from the responsible gaming database for a purpose other than what is provided for in the act or these rules may result in disciplinary action by the board against the licensee or a civil fine. Nothing in this part is intended to preclude the disclosure of such information pursuant to subpoena or other legal process.Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.773
