Section R. 432.656 - Internet wagering account information

Rule 656.

(1) An internet gaming platform must provide an account statement with account details to an authorized participant on demand, which must include detailed account activity for at least 6 months. In addition, an internet gaming platform must, upon request, be capable of providing a summary statement of all authorized participant activity during the past 2 years. Information provided on the summary statement must include, but not be limited to, the following:
(a) Deposits to the internet wagering account.
(b) Withdrawals from the internet wagering account.
(c) Win or loss statistics.
(d) Beginning and ending internet wagering account balances.
(e) Self-imposed limit history, if applicable.
(2) An internet gaming operator or internet gaming platform provider must periodically re-verify an authorized participants identification upon reasonable suspicion that the authorized participants identification has been compromised.
