Section R. 432.639d - Internet gaming networksRule 639d.
(1) With the approval of the board, 1 or more internet gaming operators may participate in an internet gaming network as set forth in a written agreement that has been executed by each internet gaming operator. The agreement must include all provisions required by the board.(2) Each party to an agreement for an internet gaming network must be jointly and severally liable for acts, omissions, and violations of the act or these rules.Mich.
