Section R. 432.614 - Denial or non-renewal hearingsRule 614.
(1) A person whose application for a license or a transfer of ownership has been denied, whose license has not been renewed, or who has been denied an approval from the board required in these rules may request a hearing. The hearing must be de novo.(2) The person must submit an original hearing request, pleading, or other written document to the board, serve each party or attorney of record, and provide a proof of service on each party or attorney of record.Mich.
