Section R. 431.1250 - Stewards; duties; majority vote

Rule 1250.

(1) The stewards shall supervise and regulate the conduct of racing at each race meeting.

(2) All questions to be decided by the stewards shall be determined by majority vote. A dissenting steward may submit a minority report.
