Section R. 432.545 - Fantasy contest player account and playing historyRule 545.
(1) A fantasy contest operator or licensed management company shall provide a fantasy contest player access to the fantasy contest player's playing history that must include, but is not limited to, a summary of entry fees expended, fantasy contests played, previous lineups, and prizes awarded.(2) A fantasy contest platform must provide an account statement with fantasy contest player account details to a fantasy contest player on demand, which must include detailed account activity for at least 6 months. In addition, a fantasy contest platform must, upon request, be capable of providing a summary statement of fantasy contest player account activity for at least the past 2 years.Mich. Admin.
