Section R. 432.541 - Single account in use for fantasy contestsRule 541.
(1) A fantasy contest operator or licensed management company shall limit each fantasy contest player to 1 fantasy contest player account and username. Each fantasy contest player account must meet all of the following requirements: (b) Be unique to the fantasy contest player who establishes the fantasy contest player account.(2) A fantasy contest operator or licensed management company must implement commercially reasonable procedures and internal controls intended to accomplish both of the following: (a) Prevent an individual from establishing more than 1 username or more than 1 fantasy contest player account, whether directly or by use of another person as a proxy.(b) Terminate all excess accounts of any individual who establishes or seeks to establish more than 1 username or more than 1 fantasy contest player account, whether directly or by use of another person as a proxy.Mich.
