(1) A fantasy contest player is prohibited from using a proxy server or any other software or technology to misrepresent his or her identity or location in order to enter or participate in fantasy contests.(2) A fantasy contest operator or licensed management company must not allow and must use commercially reasonable efforts to monitor for and prevent the use of proxy servers and other software and technology used by a fantasy contest player to misrepresent his or her identity or location.Mich.
