Section R. 432.515 - Request for declaratory ruling; form; contentsRule 515.
(1) A person that requests a declaratory ruling from the board as to the applicability to an actual set of facts of a statute, rule, resolution, or order administered, promulgated, or issued by the board, must do so in writing.(2) The written request must contain the relevant and material facts along with a reference to the statute, rule, resolution, or order applicable.Mich.
