Section R. 432.514 - Denial or non-renewal hearingsRule 514.
(1) A person whose application for a license or a transfer of ownership has been denied, whose license has not been renewed, or who has been denied an approval from the board required in these rules may request a denial or non-renewal hearing. The hearing must be de novo.(2) The person must submit an original denial or non-renewal hearing request, pleading, or other written document to the board, serve each party or attorney of record, and provide a proof of service on each party or attorney of record.Mich.
