Section R. 205.3614 - Cross-examination and rebuttal evidence
Rule 614.
(1) A party may cross-examine a witness, including the author of a document prepared by, on behalf of, or for use by, the agency and offered in evidence.(2) A party may submit rebuttal evidence.
