Section R. 432.21719 - AdvertisingRule 719.
(1) Only the licensee may advertise the sale of numeral game tickets. A licensed hall, lessor, location owner, supplier, or manufacturer or their agent shall not advertise numeral game tickets in any manner.(2) Advertising is permitted by any legal means.(3) Expenditures for advertising the licensed gaming event shall be necessary and reasonable.(4) Advertising shall include all of the following information:(a) The name of the licensee.(c) The purpose for which the net proceeds will be used.Mich.
