Section R. 432.21705 - Purchase of numeral game ticketsRule 705.
(1) Approved numeral game tickets shall only be purchased by qualified organizations that have a valid millionaire party, large raffle, or numeral game license issued by the bureau.(2) Qualified organizations shall use a check from a financial account of the licensee for the purchase of numeral game tickets.(3) A licensee shall not purchase and a supplier shall not sell numeral game tickets if the manufacturer's packaging is opened or the manufacturer's seal is broken.Mich.
