(1) A qualified organization applying for a numeral game license shall meet the requirements of R 432.21204.(2) If a qualified organization wishes to conduct a numeral game in conjunction with a licensed millionaire party or large raffle to be conducted by the same qualified organization, an additional license is not required.(3) All sales of numeral game tickets under subrule (2) of this rule must be in compliance with these rules.Mich.
